6Commercial order terms

· Minimum 10 kits per SKU. One kit is ten vials. Peptide Kickoff may reject, hold, or adjust non-conforming line items.
· Business-to-business transaction. This purchase order is placed by a commercial or institutional buyer.
· Shipping is not included in any price shown and is quoted separately after this order is reviewed.
· Payment instructions are issued by our team after review. No product ships until payment has fully cleared.
· Warehouse-lane orders ship next business day with a COA included. Factory-lane orders are made to order and delivered within 14 days, with no COA supplied; the buyer arranges and pays for their own testing on arrival.
· Buyer carries shipping and logistics risk on factory-lane shipments from origin to destination.
· Peptide Kickoff may decline or cancel any order prior to fulfillment.
· Prices are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer until this order is confirmed.
